                            Employment Policies



  1. Employees will be required to provide the following documents within three days of their date of hire to our HR Head:
  2.  Mark sheet / Passing Certificate Std X or Equivalent
  3. Mark sheet / Passing Certificate Std XII or Equivalent
  4. Mark sheet / Passing Certificate Graduation or Equivalent
  5.  Mark sheet Post Graduation (if any)
  6. Date of birth Certificate
  7. Previous All Organizations Relieving Letter / Experience Certificate
  8.  Latest 3 months’ Salary Slips / Remuneration Details (signed by candidate)
  9.  Passport size photographs (2 nos.)
  10.  Address Proof (Electricity bill / Passport copy / Ration card copy etc.)
  11.  Copy of PAN Card & Aadhar Card 


                                Training Period

  • 99 Pancakes has 15 days Training Period.
  • Training period allows you to see if you enjoy working for the company and it allows us to see, if we like you as an employee.
  • During the Training Period you will begin your training and be observed by management.
  • If during this time you feel that you do not understand what’s expected of you or that you need additional training.
  • We encourage you to ask questions and seek additional help from our management staff.



  • All employees receive written and verbal performance evaluations four times a year, in January, April, June, and September.
  • The evaluation process is intended to let you know how well you’re performing and help you be more effective and productive.
  • Depending on your position and performance, you may be eligible for a pay increase and or promotion.
  • Pay increases are not guaranteed.
  • Rewards are based solely on a person’s job performance and results.



  • Management reserves the right to adjust working hours and shifts.
  • You should arrive for your shift with enough time to make sure you’re ready to work when your shift begins (5-10 min).
  • Remember to punch in when your shift begins
  • Schedule changes may be allowed only if you find a replacement and get  a manager’s approval
  • Please note that we require full set of staff on holidays and leave at that time is not allowed
  • Days off can be scheduled Monday to Thursday (have to be approved by outlet manager)
